This weeks plan: Priority - the MUST do list: - Finish recording intro and end cards for Skool videos 1-4. While building in here, I've decided to post the videos both to YouTube and Skool as a lead magnet. People that find the videos and go through them are more likely to be solid members in here. - Thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for videos 2-4 - Retrack bass, drums, and vocals for next All But Denied release (finished guitars last week.) - Note: Regarding the new song, if not enough time for all, at least progress. If time, my additions: - Record drums on Super Mario cover for fun and marketing. (Guitars and bass done last week.) - Film videos 5-10 for Skool and YouTube (Scripted 8 new videos last week, 6 revised and final) - Test editing with Descript instead of Davinci Resolve. I went 1 for 4. I got a keyboard part for Fearless Love completed and decided I only liked the bridge part. No social media posts, no mixing, or artwork. My gf missed a couple of days with illness and I fought off some mild depression (depression is normal for this time of year for me). However, the good part of mild depression is that it kicks creativity into another gear.

The last few years have been both incredible and brutal. Professional growth, moving up in the industry - while also dealing with family health crises and loss. Life doesn't pause for you to catch up. I could have walked away from music a long time ago. It would have been easier. But easier doesn't mean fulfilling. Jim Rohn said it best: "Don't wish for life to be easier. Wish you were better." My hardest moments were times I could have given up. But I didn't - not because I'm special, but because I chose the path that felt fulfilling over the path that felt safe. That's what keeps me here, no matter what life throws my way. So to everyone in this community - current members and those joining as we grow - every day you have a choice about who you show up as. 2026 won't be easier than 2025. Life doesn't work that way. But you'll be better at handling it. And as Tony Robbins said, "Problems don't go away. We just get better problems."
