Just Created my AI Receptionist and Got a Lead. Don't know how to price it.
Hey everyone, I just made my AI Receptionist, made a website, and got a lead. The problem is, I don't know how to price this service. I've done the math, and to pay an ACTUAL receptionist to work 24 hours for a month would cost around $14000. Obviously, I am not going to charge $14000 a month for this service, because it would lead to no one actually paying for it. I've been looking around and researching what other people price their AI Receptionists at, and I cannot price it at the prices I am seeing ($300-500 a month) because I have to pay for each call that goes through (with Vapi credits). I do not want to make the companies pay for the Vapi credits, and I want to price on ROI + how much I would have to pay for Vapi credits each month. Right now, I am following a Starter, Pro, and Enterprise pricing strategy. But do not know where to start. Each call AT MAX would be $1, and I might add parameters for each price to limit the number of calls they can get a month. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Kevin troy Lumandas Yeah, that's what I felt like I had to do. However, even with the calls being capped per tier, I believe that if I want people to purchase my product, I need to keep the price under a certain threshold. The problem is that if I price based on ROI, I'm not sure the companies will go through with purchasing, but if I price based on calls, I won't be maximizing profits based on how much the companies are gaining.

@Pratham Waghmare If I could actually close a deal in the 1- 3k a month range that would be the fairest price considering the ROI and the per call price, but Idk how I would close a client in that range.

Comparison is the thief of joy. Instead of comparing, start creating.
