Are you on a restricted network? - no 5. What do you see on the Connect screen? - connection time out 6. Exact step where it fails - at the very start
Connecting trouble
Hello, i just purchased app and try to connect my reMarkable 2 to my Mac Book Pro. While it is indicated that they are connected, when i try to access planners, it says that connection is timed out, try again. I try to reconnect, but same issue appears. I would appreciate any useful advice, thank you!

I have a few more usb-c to usb-c cables to try, will try. But WiFi also has problems to connect
