Is it normal to get discouraged and want to give up after the Blitz?
My community is crickets - I'm thinking of posting this to my group: Can I be honest for a minute? I've been building this community for months now, and lately I've been wondering if I'm solving a problem people actually want solved. I offer live coaching, Q&A sessions, Saturday Skool (for newbies), resources, downloads, templates, and training. Yet most days it feels like the same handful of people are participating while everyone else watches from the sidelines. The paying memberships have been especially challenging. Even at $9/month, I've seen people come and go, which honestly surprises me considering what a cup of coffee costs these days. So I'm curious... What would make this community more valuable to you? What would help you show up more often? What do you need that you're not getting? I'm not looking for compliments. I'm looking for honest feedback. Because if I'm going to keep investing my time and energy into this, I want to make sure I'm building something people actually want. Let me know in a comment below if this is how I should address this issue with my group - Thanks!

Great feedback post, the harsh reality is i think things like this take time and theres a reason that a lot of people like goose go for higher ticket one offs and then build the smaller ticket item at massive scale. Pros and cons to both but you die in the middle ground.

I think your people would gain value from this kind of post. I've also had multiple skool owners reach out to me with something like "hey man it feels like the platform is slowing down do you relate?" its summer, could very well be a seasonal thing. Im def seeing a slight decrease in overall activity even from people i know for a fact are money spending serious
Look what I saw on Facebook today!
And my link was clickable - Thanks Skool!

🍓 How to turn 1 client into 5 (w/out more effort)
Since I have to help 69 people go on Skool full time in a year: most people get 1 win… and then go back to zero why? cuz they treat every client like a brand new start your first client is not just money it’s: 👉 proof 👉 leverage 👉 a shortcut to the next 5 so HERES the friggin breakdown: when you get someone a result you don’t just celebrate you do this: 👉 capture the win screenshot message before/after anything real because this becomes: 👉 "i've done this before" which is 10x more powerful than: 👉 "i think i can help" for example: instead of saying: 👉 "i help people grow communities" you say: 👉 "last month i helped someone get their first paying members from their community" see how that's instantly more believable? then... you go back to conversations and instead of saying: "i can help you" you say: 👉 "i just helped someone fix this exact problem... want me to show you what we did?" that's it no convincing no long pitch just: 👉 proof → curiosity and now your close rate goes up because you're not guessing anymore you're repeating now here's the part people skip: after a win you should immediately: 👉 talk to 20–25 more people 👉 with that same problem 👉 using that same proof because not everyone is ready but if 1 person got a result there are probably 20 more people who need the same thing this is how 1 turns into 5 not more effort just smarter effort same problem same solution more reps that's how you build momentum not starting over every time so if you've already helped even ONE person ur sitting on gold use it 👇 tell me a result uve gotten for someone even if it's tiny "helped my mate get his first client" "helped someone lose 5 lbs" "helped a member make their first sale" i might pick a few and show you how i'd turn that into your next 5 clients 🪿
