Intent to action
If doing the breath for its own sake will get you a better result. Would the same thing apply to our purpose? If it dose would your reason for doing your purpose get in the way from you achieving your goal regarding your purpose? I guess my question is what intention should you have in the things you care most about in life?
“Bad Habits”
I’m on week 10 of Rey’s “mmm”(monster mind mastery) and it focuses on “bad habits” and being neutral and reframing them to see how it is helping me. He recommended to start with the “weakest demon” so that you can gain more power to beat your strongest demon which for me it is weed and sex. As I went into the process of writing down the the things holding me back I realized that I have a weakness in taking accountability. That has led me to reflecting on my relationship. This reflection gave me insight into my girlfriend’s heart and the wound that has not healed because of the lack of the accountability on my part. Now I’m going to have a conversation with her this week, after some practice! I honestly feel like I’m wiping my mirror clean bit by bit.Thank you Rey! I did not want to spend that bread but glad I did! Note: if you put a good prompt in Claud it can help you get a deeper understanding into You.
Free again...?!
Hi rebels, I am new in the group. Normally I don´t speak about it, but HERE ... I have lived that what Rey is talking about for 3 months: complete freedom, inner silence, no mind-stuff anymore. It happed while practicing Hatha Yoga, in deep relaxation at the end. Well, then I went on vacation and lost it. So painful, but one never forgets it. Now I want to tune into this endless field again. Greetings to all of you

What “travel”?
The Start
I have been watching multiple “Rey” videos a day for the past few months. While watching “Everything you know is a lie (don’t freak out)” Rey talked about “jnana yoga” so I did a little bit of research in the different types of “yoga” and found that “karma yoga” is the one I’ll incorporate into my life because I’ve noticed I struggle with being in the present moment. (Thoughts and stories etc) If you have been stuck maybe this will help. I’ll keep y’all updated about what I discover!
