I have studied medical subjects in my high school but due to not focus well I want to change my subject to computer science or AI . So, is it a good decision?

My semester started 1 month ago and I sit daily for study but end with doing nothing . I'm hell scared because my exams are in December and everyday I sit and close book with lots of overthinking . I don't know what to do .......?

I learned the chapters and now I want to recall but I don't have enough time to make recalling questions by myself . What should I do?
