Delegation Map: The AI Prompt That Gets Work Off Your Plate (With the Exact Words to Use)
The real reason most people are overwhelmed isn't too much work. It's too much work they shouldn't be doing in the first place. 🤦 Here's what happens. You get a project. You take on every single task yourself. Because it feels faster. Because it's easier than explaining. Because you don't trust anyone else to do it right. That's how you end up bottlenecked by yourself. Here's the fix. Let AI build your delegation map. 🧠 Paste your task list into AI and ask it this: --- Considering my current project tasks: [Insert Project Tasks], identify which can be delegated and provide guidance on how to communicate these delegations effectively, including any necessary instructions or expectations. --- You get back two things. A list of what should leave your plate. And the exact words to use when you hand it off. No more tasks sitting in your head because you don't know how to explain them. AI writes the brief. You send it. Done. Kindergartners beat MBAs by starting before they had a perfect plan. The best leaders aren't the ones doing everything. They're the ones who know what to let go of. ⚔

@AI Advantage Team Honestly? Email. Most people are drowning in their inbox because they never built a system to handle it. One prompt, a clear SOP, and that task lives somewhere else permanently. Start there
Automation Scanner: The AI Prompt That Tells You Exactly What to Stop Doing Manually
You have 47 things on your task list. šŸ˜… Email replies. Meetings. Follow-ups. Research. Scheduling. Reports. Some of those you should never be doing manually again. Here's the thing. AI can look at your entire daily routine and tell you exactly what to automate and which tool to use. Most people never ask it to do this. Here's the prompt. Copy it. Use it once. It might free up hours. 🧠 --- Review my list of daily activities: [Insert Daily Activities]. Suggest which tasks can be automated and recommend specific AI tools or software that can accomplish this. --- Paste your real task list. Be specific. The more detail you give, the better the recommendations. You'll get back a list of tasks you can hand off to tools like Zapier, Make, Notion AI, or simple scripts. Things you didn't even realize could run without you. The goal isn't to be lazy. The goal is to work on things only you can do. ⚔ Automate the repeatable. Focus on the irreplaceable.

@AI Advantage Team Tried it on my own list last week. Most surprising? Research. I thought digging through articles and tools was part of my "thinking process." The prompt flagged it immediately as automatable. Ran it through a Perplexity workflow and got the same output in 10 minutes flat. The goal isn't to remove yourself from the work. It's to remove yourself from the work that doesn't need you. That reframe alone is worth the exercise.

@AI Advantage Team Honestly yes. First drafts. I used to sit and stare at a blank page thinking I was "getting in the right headspace." That was just procrastination with better branding. Now I prompt my way to a rough draft in 5 minutes and edit from there. Editing feels like thinking. Starting from scratch was just resistance.
80/20 Prioritizer: The AI Prompt That Cuts Your Task List in Half
Most people have 50 things on their to-do list. 🤦 They do all 50. They feel productive. Nothing actually moves. Here's the problem. Not all tasks are equal. 20% of your tasks are responsible for 80% of your results. The other 80% is just noise that feels like work. Here's the fix. Use AI as your 80/20 filter. 🧠 Paste your weekly task list into AI and ask it this exact question: --- Identify the 20% of my tasks that contribute to 80% of my results. Here's a list of my weekly tasks: [Insert Task List]. Please analyse and recommend which tasks I should prioritise for maximum impact. --- You'll get back a ranked list. The high-leverage moves go to the top. Everything else gets delegated, deleted, or done last. I run this every Monday morning. Takes 2 minutes. Saves the whole week. ⚔ Try it today. Paste your actual task list. See what the AI tells you to stop doing. You're welcome. šŸŽÆ

@AI Advantage Team Starting point. I treat it like a first draft. AI gives me the 80/20 cut, then I run a 2-question gut check: "Does this move money or move a needle?" If yes, it stays. If not, it goes.
Wise Life Coach: The AI Prompt for Signal, Not Noise
Most AI answers are confident. Very few are honest. Here's a prompt that changes that: "I want you to act as if you are an old and wise life coach, who has lived a full life. You have overcome many struggles in your life, and have lived through changing times, giving you hard-won wisdom on how to solve life's problems. Answer my questions as clearly as possible. But only answer if you're confident you know the answer." That last line is the magic. When you tell AI to only answer when it's sure, it stops guessing. It stops giving you filler. You get the real thing or nothing at all. Try it next time you ask AI a life question. You'll get fewer answers, but way better ones. Save this prompt. Use it today. What's one life question you'd ask a wise coach? Drop it below.

@Manuel Montout Because nobody teaches us to question the source of our advice, including AI. We just accept confident answers. That shift in awareness is the whole game.

@AI Advantage Team Thanks Allen! Try asking it: 'What should I stop doing that I'm currently blind to?' That one hits different with this prompt.
Expert in X: The AI Prompt for Signal Not Noise
Most AI answers are technically correct but completely useless. 😤 You ask a question. You get a wall of hedging. "It depends." "Generally speaking..." "There are many factors to consider..." That's not expertise. That's noise. Here's one line that changes everything. šŸŽÆ Paste this at the start of any AI conversation: --- I want you to act as an expert in [X], and know which information is the most useful, as well as how to communicate that information in a simple way. Ensure that you only answer questions where you're confident you can give me the right answer. --- Replace [X] with whatever you need: finance, nutrition, engineering, law, fitness, coding. What you get back is different. Confident answers when the AI knows. Silence when it doesn't. Simple language because you asked for it. Signal. Not noise. That's what a real expert sounds like. Now your AI sounds like one too. šŸ’” Try it today. Tell me what [X] you used in the comments.

@AI Advantage Team Yes! The follow-up prompt I use is simple: "What's the one thing I should do first based on this?" Forces the AI to prioritize, not just explain.

@Haruki Saito Appreciate you sharing, Haruki. Not in the market for partners right now, but good luck finding the right fit.
