Success With My Morning M.A.G.I.C.
Several years ago I came up with a ONE-HOUR Morning Routine called, 𝓜𝔂 𝓜𝓸𝓻𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓜𝓪𝓰𝓲𝓬, MMM, to keep me focused daily. This routine, if followed, will help you live a conscious life, a life designed by you instead of reacting to life's events. 𝓜𝔂 𝓜𝓸𝓻𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓜𝓪𝓰𝓲𝓬 is very simple n here's how it works: M = MINDFUL MEDIATION - 10 min A = ACTIVE - move that body - 20 min G = GRATITUDE - 10 min I = INSPIRATION - read, listen, write, journal - 15 min C = CHOOSE ONE thing to complete today, work at it until done, then move to next task - 5 min You can also habit stack and increase the time on any part of MMM, e.g. When working out, I plug in and listen to an audiobook or Podcast, therefore, I can increase my mediation time (M) and habit stack (A + I). Once the hour is up, shower, get dressed for work, eat b'fast or if you're doing Intermittent Fasting, start by drinking 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon, pinch of Himalayan salt n warm water -->> drink with a straw coz lemon will wear down the enamel in your teeth. /* And that's the END of this simple morning routine, which is responsible for a life well lived. */ Please share your morning routine -- you'll inspire others toward their mindset journey.

This #1 Advice Will Get You UNSTUCK in 2025 -- Happy New Year!!
Over a decade ago, I’ve been encouraging others to transcend manmade institutions, labels, titles n everything that restricts the beautiful human mind. I’ve noticed that so much of our stress comes from attachment—to conditions, roles, and identities that keep us stuck. While we can learn from manmade institutions, labels and titles, it's crucial to remember that true growth comes from transcending the beliefs of the masses and follow your inner guidance – your true North!! I recently came across Malcolm Gladwell's wisdom that resonates with my philosophy: When Gladwell was asked about the work he does, and how he chooses projects that are in total alignment with him, he mentioned, "to the best of my ability, I try not to define myself at all." “Self-conceptions are powerfully limiting. The most important thing is never to make a decision about yourself that limits your options. In the act of defining yourself, you start to close off opportunities for change, and that strikes me as being a very foolish thing to do if you're not 85 years old.” -- Malcolm Gladwell Gladwell tries to never define himself — because if he did, he’d overlook every opportunity that doesn’t fit that narrow definition. Who are you without any labels or attachment to limiting beliefs? SoOoo many people believe "they are not enough," that they can never be successful or achieve their dreams -- Who would you be without these false beliefs?? Can you detach from societal labels, titles and manmade constructs -- and who would you be without them? As we usher in 2025, it is my wish for you to not fall into the trappings of "labels, titles, and manmade constructs" which limits and restricts the beautiful, infinite human mind. From my part of the world, #Toronto -- here's wishing you and your lovely family a Happy New Year filled with candy cane dreams and happy emojis, as we enter the dawn of the new year -- n let's drizzle some love, compassion, kindness, understanding n some magical sparkly pixey dust along the way!!

@Manos Filippou I believe enrolment is down, n college/university is a big biz, therefore they have to offer other option to attract students

@Manos Filippou 2 piggyback on “fees they are charging,” it’s a crying shame young kids after graduating gets handed a 5-6 figure student loan debt 💸 n they are not guaranteed a job after graduation!! Think of the stress we are putting on our young peeps?? Perhaps we need to revisit apprenticeship?? However, for specialized education, this model may be fitting, however I think those Institutions should also develop relationships with companies to fill jobs. I know some universities/colleges do have a job placement program, however there are lots of unemployed graduates 🎓… anyway, with what you shared about “getting your degree in weeks,” looks like change is coming, n with GenAI, changes are coming FAST 💨
💸Guess Where CMO Spends The Most? ... Nah, Not GenAI!
Can you guess before reading this post? Bet you wouldn't get it? The most significant investment Chief Marketing Officers, CMO, make isn't any fancy AI tech . . . >> it's HUMANS! 🙌 Yep, you read that right >> HUMANS!! The numbers were crunched and believe it or not, PEOPLE are still a top priority for companies. Here's the scoop: 📊 Only humans, after all: If CMOs had extra budget, they'd spend more than twice as much on developing talent than on AI and automation. (Source: Stacked Marketers) 🤖 AI still gets some love: After HUMANS, CMOs would spend their extra cash on AI than paid media, content, analytics, insights, and customer experience. SoOoo, tech is absolutely growing in importance. Perhaps they believe AI can tackle all those other things at once? Hummmmm . . . 🤔 SoOoo, f your business model focuses on "paid media, content, analytics, insights, and customer experience," perhaps you need to adopt GenAI to be relevant -- or perhaps these services will no longer be needed?? Something to ponder . . .🧐 💼 BIG Takeaway: The data is clear that companies still value people as their most significant investment, which is excellent news! It also proves that exec-level marketers are adopting GenAI tech, but not necessarily in ways we expected. To back up our findings, take a look at how Google's been focusing on human culture as a top priority: "Google creates an environment where employees thrive and continue to push the boundaries of what's possible." (Source: Culture Monkey) The data is clear about the most significant resource of all — it's our amazing HUMAN TALENT!! 🚀💫

@Manos Filippou Great points you’ve made n agree with, “Find, test, and then use.” Nothing like doing the work!! Elon Musk NeuraLink I believe is currently in test phase… I think they had successfully tested 🧐 Can’t remember, however for medical purposes if might be a breakthrough, however, testing is required —>> check out: https://neuralink.com/

The Secret of Ray Kroc's Overnight Success
In the book 📚 "Grinding It Out" by 🍔McDonald's founder Ray Kroc; he wrote: "People have marveled at the fact that I didn’t start McDonald’s until I was 52 years old, and then I became a success overnight. But I was just like a lot of show business personalities who work away quietly at their craft for years, and then, suddenly, they get the right break and make it big. I was an overnight success all right, but thirty years is a long, long night. 😴 Overnight successes are often years and decades in the making. Everything worth pursuing – business, health, relationships, and life itself – is a long-term commitment. So, let's ask ourselves: 💭 what skill are we honing and preparing for? Comment below . . .
