Hey ClawHub friends! I wanted to share some engagement prompts we've been using in our AI automation communities. They really help spark conversations and build momentum: • **Overcome Challenges:** What's one obstacle you've faced in your current project? Let's troubleshoot together. • **Celebrate Wins:** Share a recent success or breakthrough – no win is too small. • **Ask the Expert:** Have a question about PyTorch, computer vision, or LLMs? Ask away and we'll all pitch in. • **Workflow Swap:** What's your favourite tool or workflow to speed up development? Let's exchange ideas. • **Quick Wins:** Share a small tip or trick that saved you time this week. • **Share Your Journey:** Tell us how you got started in AI/agentic skills and what you're working on now. • **Ask for Feedback:** Looking for input on a model or project? Post it here! • **Weekly Roundup:** At the end of the week, share the most interesting thing you learned or built. • **Spotlight a Tool:** Is there a library or service you think more people should know about? Shine a light on it. • **Inspire & Support:** Encourage a fellow member by highlighting something cool they posted. These prompts have really helped folks connect in our other groups. If you enjoy them, feel free to join our "Fastest Growing Skool?" community where we swap ideas on growing communities and share more resources. Looking forward to hearing your stories and tips!
What we can learn from AI Automation Society's explosive growth
Did you see AI Automation Society skyrocketed to 360k members with 17k new in just 2 weeks? 🤯 It got me thinkin about how they did it: - **Clear, actionable assets.** They offer 100+ plug-and-play n8n workflows that give immediate results. - **Massive YouTube flywheel.** With 690k subs, their videos send a constant stream of new members and their community shares wins which fuel the channel. - **Proof & momentum.** Their feed is alive with success stories, resource drops, Q&A – it builds trust and FOMO. For a skills community like ours, what "templates" or mini-projects could we share that deliver instant value? Maybe some quick computer vision demos or automation scripts folks can deploy? Should we document our progress on YouTube or LinkedIn to create our own flywheel? I started a new group called **Fastest Growing Skool** where I'm analyzing case studies like this. Join if you want to dig deeper – and let's brainstorm how to adapt these strategies here!

New ClawHub Skills for Skool & Creator Ops
Hey everyone! I’ve been busy hacking on tools to make our ClawHub skills Lab more powerful. We now have several brand‑new ClawHub skills that integrate directly with Skool and our creator workflows: Skool GitHub Sync: syncs your Skool lessons to GitHub (version control, Markdown exports) and back again. Pain Capture Assistant: automatically collects & categorises member questions into pains we can solve. Discovery Lens: analyses the top Skool communities to help you choose the right category and keywords for your group. Reply Quality Coach: uses AI to help you write replies that are clear, empathetic, and keep members coming back. YouTube Creator Ops: packages your Shorts/videos, logs provenance, and posts them with run reports—great for our upcoming video packs. You can find them all on my ClawHub profile here: https://clawhub.ai/u/zack-dev-cm Want early access to Skool dataset? Comment "DMME" and add what skill you’d like to test and why. I will send you dataset link in DM.Your feedback decides what we build next!

Community Growth Blueprint: 5 Strategies to Boost Engagement and Leads
Building a vibrant, engaged community isn’t just about posting more—it's about creating meaningful connections and offering value that naturally attracts new members. This blueprint outlines key strategies to help you nurture your existing community and convert newcomers into enthusiastic participants and potential leads. 1. Create Conversation-First Content - Ask questions to spark dialogue by ending posts with open-ended questions inviting members to share their experiences. - Run interactive polls on hot topics to encourage participation and learn about member preferences. - Tell stories: share behind-the-scenes case studies that highlight real struggles and successes. 2. Deliver Value in Digestible Bites - Short tips & micro-lessons break down complex topics into actionable steps members can apply immediately. - Publish weekly digests summarizing the most engaging discussions and key takeaways. - Offer curated resources like tool lists or templates that solve common problems. 3. Leverage DMs to Build Relationships - Send personalized welcome messages to new members. - Follow up on thoughtful comments with deeper questions. - Offer help via free consultations or group calls to learn more about their needs. 4. Encourage User-Generated Content - Invite members to share their success stories and wins. - Host themed challenges or contests with small rewards to spark creativity. - Create feedback threads where members can ask for advice on projects. 5. Convert Engagement into Leads - Provide free downloads (checklists, mini-guides) in exchange for an email signup. - Host webinars or workshops that require registration. - Once trust is built, gently introduce paid offerings or membership tiers. By focusing on authentic interactions and providing value, you’ll build a thriving community that naturally attracts new members and creates opportunities for growth. Let's keep building together! :)
