Which sportsbooks let you manually adjust lines?
Let's say I want to place a particular bet, like Moe Wagner over 18.5 PRA, but the current sportsbook I'm using (FanDuel) has a different line set. Which sportsbook should I use that will let me set custom lines for my bets?
