Personal Brand positioning for $10k/mo, Aliens and more (Q&A recording)
Jumped on a live earlier with Sebastian and answered a ton of questions. Here's what we covered: Starting from zero as a fitness coach Your story is the only thing that separates you from every other coach out there. Lead with that. Beyond that, it's simple — you need volume. Five posts a day, trial reels, yapping videos, green screens, formats that are easy to produce and easy to scale. No excuses. The first bottleneck is always leads. You don't need a landing page. You don't need a digital product. You don't need a perfect offer. You need attention first. Get good at content, get good at formats that work, study your data, and double down on what performs. What actually separates people who build real authority Two things. Conviction — say the same thing with confidence and it lands completely differently. And aesthetics — having a good eye for what looks clean and high quality is massively underrated and most people ignore it entirely. You need to be cool. No one wants to buy from someone they don't find interesting. Your body, your style, your confidence, your conviction — it's all part of your brand whether you like it or not. Fulfillment over happiness. Chasing happiness is a trap. Happiness is just dopamine, it comes and goes. Build toward fulfillment and peace instead that's what actually lasts. Any questions from the live drop them below crew

So good appreciate the summary man
Biggest takeaways of scaling to $400k/mo
So I went on a walk today, and while I was on a walk, I was listening to this YouTube video by Soowei. He's a 20-year-old kid who is making six figures with his online consulting business. I wanted to summarize the 10 things that I learned from this video, just so you don't have to watch the whole video yourself and the things that I'm implementing. I have implemented this for a while, but making sure that you have certain days when you're taking calls and certain days when you're in deep focus is a massive thing for me. You should definitely implement it yourself. Another thing is using something like Opal, which blocks your social media usage and ultimately makes you more focused on the things that actually matter. That was also a big thing. Another thing is getting your blood work done and really focusing on the supplement stack and things you should take to optimize your performance and focus, and ultimately allow you to work more without being tired and fatigued throughout the day. Those were my biggest takeaways, but here's a list of all the things you mentioned in case you want to take a few other things as well. Here are the 10 productivity hacks from the video: 1. Cut out caffeine and nicotine — they hijack dopamine and create psychological dependency. Replace with background music to trigger focus. 2. Do a blood test — understand what your body actually needs, then build a personalised supplement stack (his includes magnesium glycinate, fish oil, ashwagandha, vitamin D, and creatine). 3. Use AI and apps to limit screen time — he uses Opal to block distracting apps during work hours and Rise to track exactly where his time goes. 4. Calculate your dollar-per-hour rate — outsource everything below that rate so you can put that time toward higher-value work or rest. 5. Don't work in the room you sleep in — keep your bedroom only for sleep. Avoid charging devices in there to minimise radiation and mental confusion. 6. Set an alarm for bedtime, not wake-up — protect sleep quality by letting your body wake naturally. Decision-making suffers when you're sleep-deprived. 7. Stop doing only weight training — adopt a hybrid routine mixing strength work, zone 2 cardio, zone 3 cardio, and mobility to sustain energy without crashing. 8. Have no more than two morning habits — everything beyond two wastes time. His are journaling and meditating. 9. Don't work on Sundays — use the day to reflect, review the week, and pursue hobbies. Rest makes the other six days more effective. 10. Separate call days from deep work days — he takes calls Monday, Wednesday, Friday and does focused work Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Batching tasks by type prevents constant context-switching.

This was super helpful Jay especially the sleep, supplements, and batching - working on all 3 thank you
Be present.
When was the last time you were present? and no I don't mean meditation I mean just being present for the sake of being present, to achieve nothing. To just sit in the moment and soak it all in, to allow time to stop and every second lasting an eternity. That is when you truly align yourself with God and your purpose in life. That is when everything in your life you hold with gratitude. Your Job Your Family Your Friends Your Love (if you have one i'm single lol) Everything begins to become potent and shine again, even though you might be going through a lonely dark period right now. You acknowledge every area of your life and you accept it, with whatever it is and when you do that. You look forward. Normally I wouldn't write something like this. I would try to give 'practical advice' on how to grow your business this week. But honestly sometimes its just being present and seeing where you are right now and appreciating it. The goal with my business from the start was always helping people build their dream realities, and sometimes you have to smell the flowers on the reality you've already built. 3/5 spots taken for the accelerator program. Closing May 16th, so if you want to get in the time is now: https://bit.ly/49ovQzS Comment on what you're grateful for. All love, Jay
