If you could pick one avenue to pour money into for marketing that you have found has the best ROI. What would that be?

Paid Ads: Meta and PPC have been our best channels. The only challenge is that any time the platform changes or updates, we see a direct impact on lead flow. Growth Strategy: We grew fast by doing the opposite of most. We started with Facebook/PPC, then layered in a more traditional marketing mix: BNI, referral partners, realtors, contractors, and more. Yard Signs: Great ROI from a CAC standpoint, but hard to scale and keep consistent. Some towns also don't allow signage. Commercial Outreach: Personally, I do a lot of door knocking, in a sense. I use CoStar to identify decision makers at apartment complexes, shopping plazas, and multi-unit owners, then hammer them with cold email, walk-ins, and phone calls. That's been our lowest CAC by far. Moving forward, we'll bring on an offshore VA to help build out our commercial pipeline. CRM Automation & Reactivation: A solid automation pipeline in your CRM is key. We run reactivation campaigns every 6-8 weeks, and they've been very fruitful.

If I could pick one and I wanted to grow fast I would focus on META but like Colby said it’s market dependent. I think growing your Google my business page and pouring into PPC would be the most sure fire way. What I’ve learned though is one channel negates the brand recognition when someone sees a truck, then a sign, then an ad, and then googles your name….somtimes it takes a bit of a blend before you get momentum. That’s my experience at least. Excited to hear what others are doing.
Inventory management
Does anyone in here utilize a software for inventory management - parts, consumables products, etc. We are looking to upgrade our shop and do a better job tracking. Would love to get some thoughts on this!

@Syed Kamran Shah Roger on QR. Mostly the same distributors. Amazon for consumables and anything one off would be a special order. Main goal is to hold technicians accountable for noticing when stock is low in the shop. That way my manager isn’t the one living with the inventory in his head.

Under the Hood: KC Power Clean's Monthly P&L August 2026
I'm doing something most coaches won't. I'm opening up KC Power Clean's August P&L and walking you through it on a Loom. Revenue, labor, fuel, overhead. Real overview... Why? Anybody can tell you what to do. I'd rather show you what I actually did and what it cost. I'll be straight with you. I'm not polished. My spreadsheets aren't pretty, I go on tangents, and I'll probably say "um" more than I should. But you'll never have to wonder whether what I show you is real. Messy, sure. Hidden, never. That's my commitment to this group. If I'm asking you to trust me with your time and your money, I'm putting mine on the table first. This isn't a flex. I'm showing you my scoreboard so you can build yours. Every number on that P&L was once a number I didn't understand. I learned to read it, and you can too. While you watch, look for: 1. The concept of viewing the "chart of accounts" or "buckets" as a % of revenue 2. The structure of the top half vs bottom half 3. The pressure on the sales machine as the overhead grows Watch it here Coming soon: Finance learning modules in the premium tier VIP: We can schedule a call soon to open up the books and go through a CFO style exercise to critique the numbers. Drop your questions in the comments.
