Title: Anyone else tested the new ChatGPT + Lovable integration for rapid prototyping?
I just did a test run for a Real Estate MVP and I’m pretty impressed with the "Zero-to-One" speed. Usually, these AI builders just give you a static UI, but this actually felt like a proper "Agent" workflow. A few things I noticed during the build: - Autonomy: I gave it a one-sentence prompt and it decided on its own that the app needed an /admin dashboard for lead management. It built the whole thing with CSV export logic without me asking. - Functional Logic: The property filters and map integrations actually worked out of the box, which usually takes a few rounds of prompting in other tools. - The "Cook" Time: It takes about 10 minutes to orchestrate the files. If you try this, don't close the tab! It looks like a hang, but it’s just building the React/Supabase stack in the background. My takeaway: For those of us building for clients or shipping MVPs, this has basically compressed the first 48 hours of dev work into a 10-minute wait. It's the fastest way I've found to get a "v1" into a client's hands.

How to land your first "Vibe Coding" client this week (The Zero-Pitch Play)
Hey everyone, I wanted to share a quick breakdown of what’s been working for my group lately to land their first clients. Most people struggle because they try to "sell" too hard, but with Vibe Coding, your speed is your best marketing. If you’re looking for Client #1, head over to relevant Facebook or Reddit groups and try one of these: 1. The "Win-Share" Don't ask for work. Just post a screen recording of a project you just finished. - The Post: "Just finished this vibe-check for a [Niche] brand. Built the whole flow in under 3 hours. Really happy with how the UI turned out." - Why: You aren’t asking for anything, so people don’t have their guard up. When they see the quality and the speed, they’ll be the ones sliding into your DMs. 2. The "Lovable Site" Blitz This is the fastest way to get warm leads in your inbox. - The Post: "I’m looking to sharpen my workflow—I want to build a 'lovable' website for one person here for free. Who needs a vibe check?" - The Pivot: You’ll get a ton of DMs. Pick one person and build it fast. Then, go back to everyone else who messaged you, show them the finished result, and offer to do the same for them at your paid rate. I’ve found that showing proof first makes the "sales" part 10x easier. I'm happy to help if you have questions on how to frame your post or what to say in the DMs.
