Introduction
Hey all! I’m a 20 year-old Catholic convert who currently attends community college. I’m trying to find and fulfill God’s calling for my life—my current struggle is finding and settling on a career path to pursue. I’m glad to be a part of this community, and I’m looking forward to strengthening myself in body and soul.

Welcome, Aaron. I do hope you find edifying and good friendships here, so that you can please Our Lord and become a saint. Glory be to God!
Introduction
Hey everyone my name is Henry. A little about me is that I’m currently in the Paramedic program in California. I’m looking to either join a fire department or to join the Airforce and be a PJ. I wouldn’t say I’m weak by any means but definitely need to improve. I’m excited to be here and looking forward to getting stronger both physically and spiritually!

My name is Chris Jones, I’m looking forward to being part of this community. A bit about me, I am an Outdoor Educator in Western North Carolina. I’m a Marine Corps veteran. I’m looking for a community of Catholic men that want to do better, to push back against the zeitgeist of the secular culture in our country, to be better husbands and fathers.

Welcome, Chris! Let us become great saints of God!
Accountability
It’s been three weeks since I started working out again. It’s been challenging because I have a 3-month-old baby who needs a lot of attention from me and my wife. But I’ve been consistent, and I’m proud of that. Hopefully, in a few months, I’ll be able to show you some great results — I want to be a jacked dad! 😂

No better motivation than Jesus Christ Crucified; that is love! You are right: being a jacked dad for your kids is a noble goal. But never forget that higher Model, the God-Man hanging on the Cross in ignominious pain.
Week 2 Update / Accountability
Weighed in this morning at 213.1 lbs, down from 215,6 lbs last Sunday. Commitments this week: 3 Workouts (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) 4 -30-minute cardio sessions (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). I'm still in my caloric deficit eating 2,000 - 2,200 calories. Last week I did good with staying consistent and eating withing my calories even when my wife made cookies I ate them in moderation and they lasted the whole week when before I would eat them all in 2 days usually. Now aiming to get down to 211 by the end of this week, doing the incline waling at 10 Degrees helps me burn about 300-400 calories in 20-30 minutes.

I am a young Roman Catholic, and I want to become physically fit to more effectively serve God. I am discerning the priesthood, and Salesian at heart!
