I am preparing for my second interview this is with the hiring manager. I was told by the HR Business partner this would be a STAR interview. Do you have advise on how to prepare for this type of interview?

Recently, I’ve been helping clients improve CRM processes, build custom workflows, and structure AI-driven solutions around real business problems. Most of my work focuses on understanding where systems break and turning those gaps into clear, practical solutions.
