~$3.8B USD aggregated from 24 leading brokers & marketplaces
Really liking this new (to me at least) platform by Ross Gerson (ex Empire Flippers) currently in beta https://acquiringdigital.com/ - it aggregates listings from all the top brokers/marketplaces and totals up the amount of deals, almost four billion dollars! What do we think the blended average sales commission is for the industry now, 8-10%? That makes over $300M in commissions to be sold/won right now!

Love the idea of the platform.
Inboxeo.com Value
Forgot I owned this domain, now contemplating selling it to fund some larger domain purchases for my other project(s). Curious to hear what you think as to the value.

Fight back, be a parasite! (playing with Charles Floate's new SEO tool)
Google parasited (not a word but should be) your niche sites, now post HCU it's time to parasite back. If Reddit is getting your traffic, start ranking on Reddit. Linkedin showing up in your B2B play? Great go leverage it. And if you're sneaky enough, you can send high quality backlinks back to your site whilst you're at it. Charles Floate recently launched Parasite SEO and I've been playing with it - you type in a keyword and its AI shows how competitive the SERPs are for a parasite play, and how many free and paid opportunities there are along with the webmaster contact details. I forgot I used to do this manually over 10 years ago when was getting links for SEO clients and trying to rank medium publications. Finally there's a better solution. Check it out

Flippa Off-Market
Does anyone subscribe to or find value in Flippa's off market tool? https://flippa.com/off-market They charge $199/month for it and I don't see a lot of value in it. I was thinking I could build something very similar, make it free, and just use it as a lead gen tool for buyers or sellers for M&A advisory services? This is also what Flippa does except I think their $199/month price doesn't provide much value so not sure how many people actually subscribe to it. It's also similar to using whois lookup tool on godaddy where it provides you the whois details and then tries to get you to hire them for $120 so they can try to acquire the domain for you.

Flippa off-market seems to just be for websites

@Richard Patey I haven't been with Onfolio for a while now :)
All the categories (e.g. Flippa) vs niche (e.g. Merge)?
Interesting looking at all the new Flippa categories: • Digital Agencies • AI Apps & Tools • Crypto & Blockchain • Plugins & Extensions • Gaming Community has to be next! Also interesting how newsletters seem to be tied with youtube and social media in the same category? So many niche marketplaces have been launched over the last couple of years, I can't help but think that almost all will get crushed attempting to compete with the unit economics of Flippa. However, some such as https://gomerge.com/ appear to be doing very well by just focussing on one niche, i.e. digital agencies in their case. Thoughts?
