Hello everyone!
My name is Yue, I'm from Lisbon, Portugal, I came from Arts and Multimedia - Digital Animation, and later switched my focus onto Singing -- Soprano, btw! -- at the Conservatoire and Painting at the Fine Arts Faculty of Lisbon. I actually joined the community for over a year 🀣 but oops, here I am now. (Sorry Manuel! Thank you the great job you've done so far, I have a lot to explore now) I'm very excited share and meet other musicians, let's get buff and excelent together 😎 My fitness and music goals right now: 1. To strengthen my lower body for to avoid injury in this skiing season 2. Stress relief through exercise to regulate TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disfunction 3. Build stamina for 5KM and then 10KM trail running 4. Build a consistent vocal training and music theory routine 5. Get better at playing the piano 🀣 A shout-out to singers: I didn't even know I had TMJ disfunction, after I followed an advise from a teacher, that also had the same problem and he noticed my posture while singing. I then started physiotherapy to relief symptons, and I felt that singing was much freer, the tension around the neck affects the voice so much. If you want referrals or tips, I'm glad to share my experience!
