Random things to throw out there. Anyone change the voice yet? Got it working on all sorts of things (mainly, streamlining things I've needed to get done). The things that have been too difficult to figure out on my own, things I CAN"T figure out on my own, things I know are possible but don't have the time to do. For example: Getting all of my LLC paperwork into one place, flagging items that need to be corrected, and scheduling them as tasks. Designing my one page website and getting it onto my domain and host. Putting down the businesses I have planned to start in the next year, such that there is a clear path and plan of action. The checklists, task lists, the scheduling, the ACCOUNTABILITY! If you've got shortcuts for the following: 1) Giving it access to my gmail account (not as simple s it sounds). 2) I've got a course on a specific trading pattern (complete with videos and the like). Is there a way to have it watch them "over my shoulder", glean the information and then we can speak the same language and I can put the power of 0ne to work and have it make it's own (my own?) EA? 3) What's the prompt used to take someone's YouTube library and turn them into an agent so that you can have a conversation with them? 3a) I know about Hormozi, but who else have (has) anyone done this with? I could keep going but 0ne is just sitting there, waiting for us to get back to work and there's a LOT more to do because it's SO damn good. How many courses are sitting in your account right now that you haven't finished? How many strategies have you "researched" but never actually tried? How many times have you said "I'll start Monday" and then... didn't? Here's the thing nobody wants to admit: You don't have a knowledge problem. You have an action problem. You've consumed more content than most people who are actually doing deals. You've got notes. You've got ideas. You've got a whole damn folder of "things I'll get to eventually." But your situation? Still the same. And the worst part isn't the wasted time. It's that voice in the back of your head whispering: "Maybe I'm just not cut out for this." That voice is wrong. You're not broken. You're just scattered. Too many options. No clear priority. No system to actually move forward. I used to also have a folder called "Things I'll Get To Eventually." Spoiler: I never got to them. Here's what I figured out after a decade of bashing my head against the wall: There are two types of action: Passive action — feels productive but doesn't move the needle. Watching tutorials. Tweaking your website. Organizing your notes. Researching "one more strategy." Active action — directly produces a result. Making an offer. Sending that email. Having the conversation. Doing the thing that scares you a little. Most people spend 90% of their time on passive action and wonder why nothing changes. The brutal truth? You don't need more information. You need to identify the ONE thing actually blocking you at this very second. (that last part is the real secret, dont miss it) "this very second" I mean that quite literally. You see that there are 3 roadblocks that will come up once you complete the immediate thing so you work on those... and then the next thing after that... and then the next thing after that. The further you get from the ONE THING you should work on right now, the more "PASSIVE" it is. That's why it feels like you're spinning your wheels.
