Today is a hard day as many has been I lost my mother 04/01/25 since she physically left a big part has too… my depression has gone to all time high and I don’t know where to start to heal or even accept the fact she is gone…I’m trying not to grieve in a negative way or pick up bad habits but this shit hurt really bad… Then I loss my mother in law 30 days after to cancer 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽cancer it’s so hard to grieve her when I can’t stop thinking about my mother… life is really lifing right now and I’m just in a dark place and I know she wouldn’t want this for me but I didn’t want death for her so here where I feel alone trapped with anger and so may questions signed a grieving daughter

Does anyone suffer from insomnia, depression or anxiety???? I have been up for 3 days straight with about 6 hr sleep within those days any suggestions or anyone experience this?I’m exhausted 🤦🏽‍♀️

These past months we have loss several women to domestic violence it’s horrifying to hear the way these women are losing their life When a man tells you he will hurt or kill you LISTEN! When he show you violent behavior BELIEVE HIM! When he hit you and say he’ll never do it again GET TF ON!!!Your life is to precious to gamble with…. Ladies take gun courses, self defense classes and therapy to believe that you can leave any situation that does not benefit you and yours.. Stay safe stay healthy mentally physically and emotionally… rest in peace to our loss ones to domestic violence ❤️
