I'm ALL IN
Hi everyone, my name is Soham, and I'm a recent Computer Science Engineering graduate. I've been hearing a lot about AI Automation from friends, but I never took the time to learn it myself. Recently, I decided to dive into the field and started learning through Liam Ottley's content. Coming from a developer background, I'm confident that I'll enjoy building automations and helping businesses solve problems with them. My goal is to explore different automation tools, improve my skills, and become a strong AI automation developer. Looking forward to learning from everyone here and connecting with the community!

Really nice work on both. One question you need to ask yourself: for your target segment, does the site make the value obvious, prove it, and push me to act? From my experience, for someone wants to integrate AI systems into their Business, highly likely they have recognised the inefficiency in their manual process and at least are aware the inefficiency are causing profit leakage. B does the one thing that matters most for a potential buyer, it makes them feel their own pain quantified. That interactive "how much you're losing from missed calls" tool turns an abstract problem into a personal number, and loss aversion does the selling from there. That beats any headline or feature list, because it's about them, not you (something I believe what A needs improve if you leaning towards that). It also keeps them engaged on the page and leads straight into the CTA. So, the most crucial thing is to identify who's the primary buyer, and is "missed-call" accurately describe their sharpest pain point? If yes, B is clearly the stronger bet.
I'M All in
Hi everyone, my name is Yimeng. I currently live in Singapore and my background is in strategy and communication. I spent time at McKinsey as a heavy "strategy person," but over time I realised I feel far more fulfilled when I can actually build and deliver impact, instead of just recommending and selling it. That's why I've stopped calling myself a strategist. I want to become a strategic builder. I came across Liam's video on AI agents and got completely hooked. I'm already building a few agentic systems, and I haven't felt this excited about work in a long time. Here's the angle I want to bring: my past roles were all about stakeholder management and human dynamics. So when I build agents, especially conversational ones, I obsess over the empathetic layer, like how the agent makes a person feel, not just what it does. I think warmth is where a lot of AI automation falls short, and that's the edge I want to lean into. My goal is: learn to build and sell AI automation, get real reps in, and land my first client. Longer term, my "why" is to build a career on my own terms, working for myself, with sustainable income, using my domain knowledge to solve real problems in a creative and human way. I'm a big believer in learning by building. Still figuring plenty out, but excited to take action and learn alongside all of you. One question I really want to hear your advice: for those who've already landed clients, what's the one skill you wish you'd focused on earlier, selling or building?

@Chetan Mishra Really appreciate this, Chetan. The selling being the harder muscle makes sense. At McKinsey the "sell" was always a solution to a specific problem, so I'm hoping that part transfers. What I'm still wrapping my head around is selling operational systems vs strategy. With strategy you're selling a recommendation, but here you're selling something that actually runs in someone's business every day, which feels like a different trust bar. Curious to know how you approached your first close, did you lead with a specific offer or outcome, or start with a demo and let it sell itself? I'm trying to figure out the right first move.
Small Win Today!
Finally got the custom domain for our AI agency website. https://veloroai.agency It seems like a tiny step, but having a proper domain instantly makes your business look more credible when you're doing outreach. One thing I learned: don't overthink the perfect domain. Pick something memorable, secure it, and start building. You can always improve everything else later. What's the biggest thing stopping you from launching your website?
