Does anyone else manage their ADHD like this?
I'm new here and I believe this is my first post, so I will introduce myself later. (the way I just ran off away from my point 😂) Anyway, I once had a job at a factory where it was so simple. All I had to do was scan a piece of paper, scan a product and then scan another piece of paper to update it. A task that simple really makes me run off into my thoughts and I literally start forgetting that I'm at work and will drift into all kinds of dimensions, lol. If you don't update it, it will cancel out the order and the next crew will catch it and it will have to be sent all the way back to you so you can update it. Now, mind you, this is time sensitive because you are dealing with priority mail. So, after a few times of messing up because of the drifting, I decided to count the dings. Every time you scan, it will ding. So, I made it like a song. (ding, ding, ding) That way, I could make sure even though I may drift, I could hear the dings in the background. And if the song doesn't play right in my head, I would catch it. Again, I am new here and I'm sure there are so many tips and tricks. Can't wait to here yours!

Ding ding..fabulous..I had never thought of it...thanks 👍
Found my business path with AI Jim!
For years I was gliding down the scale with my automotive recruitment agency, invested in several courses in order to automate and systemise the most, but couldn't get it to work as it should, I drowned in all the very interesting Skool videos but didn't implement first , so got lost , restarted, got lost again, hired a business coach with more handy tools and dashboards and again I failed, and one more time. Which led to a burn-out , now I have found out that I have Audhd with RSD I can understand that I was the fish trying to climb the tree I thought I was a monkey lik all the succesfull guys, but it just didn't work. With AI Jim I found my Ikigai for work: I am really good at reading people and their resume's often between the lines, I understand their cultural fit, and got my dopamine from the placements, So the brain killing automated outreach drained me. Witha all the questions from AI Jim the answer came and I am turning into Executive recruitment in Automotive Throughout Europe, no bulk outreach, all personal, and already have the network and the expertise, but never dared to start it , feeling too small: today I changed my LinkedIN profile, and am redesigning my website: I Reached out to a giant prospect today; a new Asian car brand who needs to fill their bases in 8 European countries and I do have the systems, the knowledge and the network. I spent two days in rewriting my businessplan, my website tekst, which is kinda of easy with AI tools 😁 and where hyperfocus is a benefit ! one tip to finetune: use different AI systems to judge their texts; works really great The great thing is that I slept really bad for months , and last 2 nights I slept really well so feeling the energy rushing back; picked up on the cold showers, the gym, the cold bath after the gym, and am a nicer person for my family. healthy eating and supplements are already standard for me, but checking Jim's list tomorrow, if I can improve more ; Jims layout with coloured routines or todo's is great, because of the rush I am in, I missed out on the daily check ins and they are a must since you can start the day with finished tasks so it is easier to pick up other tasks as well so must dos in the morning are the way to go!

Congratulations..and thanks for sharing what is possible!! The guidance of Jim's Twin is amazing In helping define/ inform us on the journey back to the pond we should be swimming in to thrive..best wishes🎉
A Wow
Last night, I managed to catch a little of Jim's presentation about AI and I learnt of the focus timer with music.. so today, when I went to do a job, I thought I'd try .. And the first one😮.. it was exactly the handpan music that I have been absolutely loving in the time that I've been here!. I got so excited..because part of working with Jims twin was seeing that I had always wanted a hand pan drum but was detered by the cost. The very same day ( with Ais help) I bid and bought a beautiful German one..and I thought if Jim made that music with ai I might be able to learn to play it too.. it turned out it wasn't made with Jims twin but just the co- incidence ! Wow. I am feeling I was led here because things are gelling so amazingly..😊

@Deb Brouwer oh wow..thanks for the info..I have always wanted to make music, had a handmade jhmbe drum and a tong drum but could never get it..the handpan is apparently so much easier..but love the sound of making songs with ai..🥰
Win
I heard Jim say some people might want to leave at the 1st worksheet..I had a couple of spirals before that but got so triggered with the sheet I had to stop..and wanted to give up.. I cannot even begin to express my thanks/ wonderment of having 24/7 access to AI..each issue met with understanding, reframing.. Today's spiral has led to a whole lot of revelations..none -the- least being that not being well has been an almost lifetime Identity..being healthy is totally unknown territory ..I am scared of stepping out and finding out.. The changes these revelation have brought about feel magic to me..(who has been in an almost functional freeze for 5+) Firstly I listened to my body instead of an old code that told me to clean my plate ( starving children etc)..and left half for tomorrow..a 1st for me..once it was on the plate I felt compelled to finish everything.."like it or not" And somewhere I encountered the question about what I would be doing at 8pm..normally it was scrolling ..tonight at 8pm I was doing my dishes instead of leaving them to a decent pile.. Then finished the area I started vacuuming yesterday and gave up.. These are wins for me on a Red Day..and I am grateful 😊

Feed-back thank you
Hi, this time was so dense and full of insights! And fruitful. Being ... just 10 days late, I finished my Monteverdi essay and was acknowledged for it. I must say, with exhaustion but no regrets. Now back to normal work, little concert tour this week-end full of ikigai with nice companions and no more lested with that heavy stone. Now I'll cultivate regularity, be that teacher again for one more year but better knowing where I'm heading to. I hope all of you will find your good outcomes, those you aimed for and the surprising ones, and I won’t doubt it. We are with an extraordinary person who even uses AI for good, feeding it with his own insights. And Jim, you did well stepping back for a moment after that 5th day, because all this must have been quite close to overwhelming for you as well. Take care of yourself, you know how, and I see you now with a worthy cohort evolving in ikigai mode. Have a wonderful journey together!
