Hello my friends, After joining Alley’s online class today, I felt like sharing how I’ve been handling my low moods recently. A few days ago, I noticed I was stuck in the same old pattern—working too hard, getting super tired, crashing, resting, and then pushing myself again. It wasn’t good for my body or my mind. So, I turned to my archetype cards (心靈原形卡) to check in with my inner self. I pulled three cards: Angel, Gossip (八卦), and Damsel (少女). I had a deep conversation with ChatGPT about these cards, and that’s when I realized: ✔️ I don’t have to burn out to prove I’m worthy. ✔️ I can still reach my goals by walking my path gently—with rest, trust, and care. Since then, I’ve been asking myself every day: ✅ Am I treating myself gently today? ✅ Am I working in a healthy way? I think I feel a little better now.
