7/6/26 Now that SECZ is trading on NYSE it is becoming the dominant conversation on Wall Street. As much as Cosimo Digital Holdings is tracking behind SECZ with more regulatory pillars and a "full stack" approach as opposed to SECZ "pure play" the most revealing part to consider is when he was asked "Where is SECZ now?" He said - we are at the end of the beginning and the IPO was their first milestone. They are the leaders of tokenization with $4.5 Billion of appx $30 billion tokenized. Their next milestone is $1 Trillion in tokenized assets". marinate on that for a second. They grinded for 8 years, in an envirnoment we are all too familiar with. Now they are public and their next milestone is to go from $4.5 Billion in assets tokenized to $1 Trillion. That's growth of over 22,000 % or over 222X what they have tokenized today. This is not a trend it is an infrastructure shift with almost $100 Trillion of assets, according to BCG, being tokenized by 2035. That is a lot to get excited about as the world tokenizes onchain.

Rob Frasca and Cosimo Digital was their first paying cutomer in 2019. They built a licensed tokenization platform like Securitize but also additonal pillars including licensed payments and custody in the US and the EU - as well as "the rails" of the Ethereum Layer 2 to perform these transactions which is Revolution powered by Revo. It took Carlos and Securitize eight years to get here and it is comforting to know that "tokenizing the world" is just starting and that we are following the same playbook as Securitize and the future is bright.

6/16/26 RNA team has been super busy helping the ndau holder community convert to Revo. We are happy to do so and we understand that the more wallets, transactions and TVL on the network, the more network health and value for all of us token holders. We will continue to update the entire RNA community in real time on news, events and summaries. We plan on resuming Revo Lounge once we get through this conversion process and look forward to adding more value to this community as we move forward. In the meantime, John Lester forwarded this summary update : Last week, we experienced an issue with the NDAU blockchain that required backend maintenance and rebuilding to ensure the NDAU-to-REVO Conversion Portal continued operating reliably. The issue was fully resolved on Monday, and we have since added additional backend resources to improve the stability and resilience of the NDAU blockchain. NDAU-to-REVO conversions are now processing normally. The Revolution Blockchain was not affected at any time. Beginning Wednesday, we will start emailing additional NDAU holders with instructions on how to access and use the Conversion Portal. We have also worked with WealthColony to develop a manual conversion workflow for NDAU holders who are experiencing difficulties connecting their ndau wallet app to the Conversion Portal. This process ensures that users who encounter technical issues can still complete their NDAU-to-REVO conversion. In addition, we are completing development of two-factor authentication (2FA) for Amped.Bio, which is expected to be available next week and will provide an additional layer of account security. Conversion activity continues to be strong. To date, 284 NDAU accounts have successfully converted a total of 3,928,801 NDAU into 26,998,721 REVO. This represents approximately 27% of the total NDAU currently in circulation.
