Homework - shake it off
I don't remember about negative behaviour or negative reaction directions to me. But in my neighborhood are two people who are very negative. When I have to talk to one or second one of them I feel uncomfortable. They stressed me. I am planning to change the way of conversation with one of them. I will say things more directly without fear. I will be more confident. Bud I know, that people are not changing and specially people who are not open and with short visions. What really bothers me is losing my life, my friedom, my hobbys, my time for myself. I always try to find something positive in the routine of life as a single mother and small still sick child. I want to shake off the bad mood. And the best way for me is walking outside or some sport. Because I can't go anywhere I am going to excersice tomorrow morning and I am going to cook something healthy. I have experience, when you eat healthy your mood is better.

some corrections: I don’t remember any negative behaviour or reactions DIRECTED AT ME. But in my neighbourhood, THERE ARE two people who are very negative. They STRESS me. as a single mother WITH a small, still sick child. I want to shake off the bad mood. (může zůstat i takto - obě varianty jdou...) "U frázových sloves, která mají předmět, se někdy může předmět ("the bad mood") postavit mezi sloveso a částice „off“, zejména pokud je předmět krátký nebo důrazný NEBO za částici "off". Třeba v té písničce Shake It Off se zpívá “shake it off”. Tam se “it” nemůže dát za “off” („shake off it“ by bylo špatně), protože když je předmět zájmeno (it, him, her…), vždy stojí mezi slovesem a částicí. U konkrétního předmětu, který je podstatné jméno (the bad mood), můžeš použít obě varianty: A) shake off the bad mood / B) shake the bad mood off The best way for me TO DO THIS is walking outside or doing some sport.

Romi, I understand you. Thank you for sharing. Sometimes we face inner conflicts because we have different expectations for our life… Your son is little now, but that will also change with time.
Homework shake it off
Yes, this is quite personal topic for me. Thereare many things, people or situations, that hurt me. And am still learning to shake them off. I can say: I will také it easy, but praktice it is mostly more difficult, than I think. So I am going to try it again and again. I am trying various methods. For example one of them is imagine, that I watch some “my” unpleasant situation like movie at the cinema. And that is easier don ´t take it personally.

Hi Jana, thank you for sharing, even though it is quite personal for you. I can understand what you are saying. My most powerful tool for this topic is understanding. I have learned that only people who are hurt hurt other people. This understanding has helped me a lot, because now when somebody tries to hurt me, instead of taking it personally, I rather think about the other person: “I wonder what their problem is.” But it works the other way too – when I hear myself hurting somebody else, it makes me think: “What is my problem?” 😁

a little correction: I can say: I will take it easy, but in practice it is USUALLY more difficult than I think. (je lepší než mostly v této větě) For example, one of them is IMAGINING that I watch some “unpleasant” situation like a movie at the cinema. That MAKES IT easier NOT TO take it personally.
Homework - a calm moment
I remember one calm moment. And that have been hapend recently. I was alone without my son. I finished my work and I could go for wolk. Even though was already evening and dark I very enjoyed walking and staring to lightening window. Next day was saturday and I didn't have to go to work and I really enjoyed the sunrise time in the bed with a book. I still have been reading this book bud now is it more compicated because I didn't have enough time for a calm reading.

Hello Romana, thank you for sharing your calm moment 😇 správný tvar "that have been hapend" by bylo: "that has happened" ... pozor wolk = walk I REALLY enjoyed walking and LOOKING AT the lights in the windows (?). (staring je víc jako "zírat" - sem se moc nehodí...) Ta poslední věta má divný mix časů - co jsi chtěla přesně říct?
Homework
Hello everyone, I am sending my homework about how to stay positive when something bad happened. So at first, the bad news doesn’t exist for me. I know the good news and other news, because every single news is bringing me some message and it is depends how this message I accepted. Some message should be like a blessing and some messages can be like an exam. When the news is not according my imagine, I am going to find something positive or something pleasant and similar. But it is hard sometimes. 😁 I will change my plans or change a daily routine. I am going to prepare my life for next days. I am trying to have a positive mindset, smile and good mood every single day. 🍀 I have only one life - I don’t have time for a bad mood 🫶🏻
