In November of 2024, I was meeting a lot of inspiring entrepreneurs in downtown Toronto working at the Christmas Market. I only worked 5 shifts, and it was a 20 minute bike ride from the east end where I lived with my girlfriend. I remember the feeling of warm chocolate strawberries in a plastic cup in my hand before I put gloves on and tucked it into my jacket pocket. Around the 12*C (53*F) temperature, night time felt like winter. At around 15 minutes out of my total 20 minute commute, my city bike with thin tires got caught in the streetcar rails turning the corner, going under 15km/hr was more than enough for impact. Before my bike went horizontal, I planted my leg to avoid hitting the ground, and then I heard a crack. Almost as if I cracked my knuckles for jest. It was soft, light, weightless almost. Then I couldn't move, and colors filled my sight. My entire fibula and tibia were fractured, at around 8pm on a normal week day after work. The proceeding Christmas was brutal, I had no oxygen tank or money coming in from anywhere. 2025 looked like ground zero, and in a way, it was. That year, I had been laid off 4 times and couldn't work anywhere that didn't offer 100% remote. I launched my first sole proprietorship on what I knew. I knew I was early and abnormally obsessed with A.I. Nobody in my day to day cared about it, but I saw it emerging and having real impact on the shape of life. Time began something you could manipulate in a way that you couldn't before, and if you could crack how to do this in an economically favorable way, this would be the environment to do it. Plinko Solutions started off as an AI Automation Agency that was profitable Month 2, but between 2025 to 2026, I saw the tide of saturation before it was ashore. I knew that my unfair advantage was that obsession, being on the cutting edge of what's possible. After working 80 hour weeks saying yes to everything that came is great to start, but terrible to grow. Plinko Solutions became an extension of who I am to the world, yet I could not exist without space for this.

I've always believed that great opportunities often start with a simple conversation, not a job post or a formal meeting.
