You’ll be booking qualified commercial solar site surveys for UK business owners. The leads are there — your job is to get them booked. Sales Executive (Closing Role) – TNW Energy
We’re looking for a hungry, motivated Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team at TNW Energy. This is a remote, phone-based closing role where you’ll be responsible for running sales conversations end-to-end and closing deals with businesses in the solar energy space. You will still be doing outbound calling to generate opportunities, but the focus of the role is selling and closing, not just booking calls. You’ll manage your own pipeline, follow up warm and outbound leads, handle objections, and convert opportunities into revenue. What You’ll Be Doing - Running sales calls daily with qualified prospects and closing deals - Following up on outbound-generated leads to move opportunities through the pipeline - Owning your pipeline end-to-end, from first conversation through to close - Managing follow-ups, objections, and deal progression to consistently hit revenue KPIs - Speaking with prospects and clients throughout the day to qualify, pitch, and convertWorking closely with leadership on sales training, deal strategy, and performance improvement What We’re Looking For - A self-starter with a go-getter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Confident communicator who enjoys being on the phone and building rapport quickly - Ambitious individual eager to grow within sales and business development - Strong organisational skills to manage leads, calls, and client relationships effectively - Ability to stay resilient, focused, and motivated even when facing challenges What We Offer - Completely remote role – work from anywhere with just a laptop and headset - All software provided, with a strong management and support system in place - High-quality lead flow, meaning more time speaking to interested prospects - Competitive pay structure (varies by booking type) - Expected commissions: £4,000–£8,500+ per month, plus strong bonus opportunities - A chance to grow with a fast-scaling business in one of the most exciting industries today
