As I watched the videos on intro to awareness, the quote that really stood out to me was, "to know and to not do, is like not knowing at all." This quote represents the overall message that is being conveyed throughout the videos. To know means to obtain the right information first and then learn how to apply that information by taking action. but most importantly staying disciplined and consistent by maintaining the actions of the moment even after the emotions have passed. All that ties down to being strong mentally and unbreakable.

Understanding the key factors to become the small percentage of successful people. It all starts with the mindset. Having the mental clarity to chase the goal without allowing anything to stop you from getting it. Training the mind to not rely solely on motivation but training the mind to stay discipline because at the end of the day no one is saving YOU. Everyone is responsible for their outcome regarding the situation that we are put. With hunger, drive, discipline, mental clarity, and knowledge there is no limit to the outcome. Stepping out of our comfort zones and putting ourselves in situations that'll allow us to grow, financially and mentally. Old habits and same routines and the fear of the work it takes to get where we want to be is what holds one back. Taking action every day! Conceptionally understand the game!
