How Was Your Thanksgiving and Black Friday?
Hi everyone 💛 I hope you and your family had a gentle, cozy Thanksgiving and a calm Black Friday weekend. Even if things were a bit loud or messy, I hope you found a few moments to breathe and enjoy your people. I just want to check in with you today. How are you really doing? How is your heart? How are the kids? We are coming up to our 4th session of the Holiday Stress class this Wednesday, and we truly do not want you to miss it. This next session is an important piece of helping you feel more supported and more steady as the holidays keep moving along. I am also curious if you have had a chance to rewatch any of the first three sessions. Did anything stand out to you or help you in a real moment with your kids or with family? Is there a little win you feel proud of, even a tiny one? Your win might be something as simple as taking a pause instead of yelling, walking away for a moment to calm down, using a tool from class, asking for help, or giving yourself a bit of rest.
