Specialised property trap or gold
If you’re a property investor and you don’t want to lose money - don’t buy assets like this. Time and time again, I’ve seen investors chase the next “big thing.” NDIS properties. High-yield promises. “Guaranteed” returns. On paper, they look incredible. In reality, they’re a trap. Here’s what’s happening right now:Because NDIS funding has changed - and the market is oversaturated - there are thousands of these properties sitting vacant across Australia. That means the high yields that were promised? They’re gone. And when owners try to sell, they can’t.Because the supply is greater than the demand - there are simply more of these properties than there are tenants who need them. Here’s the truth:There’s no such thing as fast money. There’s no such thing as guaranteed returns. And there’s no such thing as a shortcut to wealth. If you want to get ahead, stick to what works: ✔️ Buy quality, blue-chip assets in the best locations you can afford.✔️ Add value through smart renovation or development.✔️ Hold for the long term. That’s how real wealth is built. Every time.

Pain points! Let’s share some
what is everybody’s main pain point so they’re experiencing in the Property market at the moment? A pain point that I have frequently come across, How do you know if the agent is holding anything back in regards to the property This might not even be intentional. It might just be an agent who is new to the space and didn’t know they need to disclose something.
