Sugar
Yall I think today had to be my last straw with sugar. I cheated on carnivore today and had sum pizza, then a soda, then a couple hours later a soft serve ice cream, then fu**in soda AGAIN! Im like a dam drug addict, I eat sum sugar I just end up eating more and more and more until I end up disgusted with myself. I just CANT stop it seems like once I start. So maybe it's best I just don't start the sugar to begin with. In 6 months of carnivore, I have YET to go more than exactly 2 weeks without cheating 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ sugar is THAT FU**IN ADDICTING! No wonder we're all so fu**in fat and unhealthy lol I'm laughing but it's rlly not funny. It's so criminal how addicting sugar is.

@Janine Baldry yea these sugar cravings get INTENSE. I heard that IF u don't cheat even once for like 2-3 weeks or sumthin. Apparently the sugar cravings ACTUALLY go away. Bur I still have yet to reach that promise land lol

Headache & cravings
3rd day and my head feels like it’s going to explode 🤯 I’m really craving a glass of fanta .. On the plus side 4lb Down . Do the cravings stop 😩

@Terrel Lewis ive gone to town on like 5 doughnuts before, probably glazed or sumthin, and ya kno when ur eating the sad diet or wat most ppl unfortunately eat, u think u feel fine, but ur rlly just brainwashed by ur own brain into thinking ur fine when in reality, no, u shouldn't get bloated and exhausted after eating 🤣
