Was launching a $7 tier worth it?
Exactly 1 week ago I introduced a $7 tier to my community. Before that my lowest tier was $33, premium $99. What happened since? - Only $300 worth of downgrades - 419 new $7 members - $33 and $99 purchases stayed on the same level 🤯 - It pushed me to the top of the first page on trending discovery ❤️‍🔥 - Both conversion rate and trial conversion rate are way up 🙏 If you have a paid community and you haven't been growing much... think about reducing friction and making it easier to get into your world. If you aren't paid yet... check out the video in the pinned comment, it will help you. Thank you for following this journey. Thank you thank you thank you to all existing and new Grow With Evelyn members. You are incredible and inspiring, and I love being part of your journey. If you want to be a part of the action and launch party... join us here now: https://www.skool.com/evelyn/about

High Ticket vs. Low Ticket: The Great Debate
This is a NotebookLM podcast generated from the discussion Aidan and I had inside Grow With Evelyn, and it is a really great summary of everything we covered. Worth tuning in… In this one we debate the real tradeoffs between high-ticket and low-ticket scaling so you can figure out which architecture fits your life. Here's what's inside: 👉 The real math problem with building on $10 subscriptions 👉 What high ticket actually does to client behavior 👉 A self-funding loop for creators who want to start low-risk 👉 Where both models agree and which season of life each fits Take the quiz below to find your model. Share your results below and let's discuss 🤗 https://lowvshighquiz.growwithevelynweiss.com/ What's your experience with high ticket vs low ticket? Have you bought each? Sold each? Would love to hear what you think.
High Ticket vs. Low Ticket: The Great Debate

My result is Low-ticket. Here's how I feel about that: I found it interesting that it's 80% low-ticket and 20% high-ticket...as that feels dead on for what I'm focusing on. The split actually aligns with the fact that I have two differing client types: low-budget hobbyists (majority) and high-budget projects that hire me at a high-ticket rate for intensive consulting (minority). My current priority is optimizing my offer(s) for low-ticket conversions.

I'm Giving You All My Winning Skool Ads (Just Copy Me)
If you want to run ads for your Skool community but you're not sure what to actually advertise, this will help. I went through every winning ad I run for my own community and showed you examples of what's working. Here's what you'll learn: 1. The 3 types of ads every membership owner should run 2. The ads I'd start with (simplest + highest converting, you already have them!) 3. How to pull more ad ideas from what's already inside your community 4. How I turn mediocre content into ads that sell Check it out and let me know what you think 🤗

Share a win from something you learned here
I love celebrating wins with you but let's keep this focused 🙌 Drop a comment sharing: - Something you learned or implemented from this community - The result it created for you or your Skool Could be big, could be small. Maybe you finally posted that first post. Maybe you ran your first ad. Maybe you hit a revenue milestone using something from the classroom. Whatever it is, share it so others can see what's possible. 🚨 One rule: this is not a promo thread. If you use this to pitch your community in a way that has nothing to do with an actual win, I will remove you. No warnings. Can't wait to celebrate with you 👇

I’ve learned a lot from this community already, but @Evelyn Weiss ‘s video on NotebookLM was a game changer for getting my next course put together. Having a repository of 100+ podcast episodes and a fully detailed outline of my course to have NotebookLM use as its ONLY resources made first drafts of lesson scripts happen so fast! I’m obviously going to edit and add to what it generated, but that head start was weeks worth of work avoided!
