There are so many AI tools available now, but I think the real value comes from finding practical ways to use them without making our workflows unnecessarily complicated. For example, ChatGPT and Claude can help brainstorm lesson ideas, organize course outlines, and draft learning materials. Canva can help turn those ideas into visual resources, while Floment AI is another platform worth exploring for sharing ideas and connecting with online communities. I'm curious to learn from everyone here! If you could recommend just ONE AI tool or workflow to an online educator who's starting today, what would it be, and what do you use it for?

I don't just mean how skilled you are at using the tools. I mean your overall confidence in yourself, your vision, and your ability to learn and leverage AI. For example: - Do you feel calm and curious, or overwhelmed, behind, or overstimulated? - What's your identity as it relates to AI? - Do you feel like a power user who's mastered things and feels empowered by AI? - Or do you see yourself as a beginner, someone who's always trying to catch up? - Are you clear on your values and your ethics around it? - Do you have a clear vision for your professional and personal future self and a plan for how you want to use AI to get there faster? - Do you feel like you have the emotional capacity, nervous system capacity, and time to do that? - Do you feel like you have your habits in check?
