I went to post my ad under a post Joseph started for ads. I needed to grab a link, lost it all. Went back, couldn’t find the post anymore. By then I had lost my gumption and didn’t even feel like posting anymore. But I pushed through and did it. Yay. Is there any way at all we can jump some where in Skool and get back to where we were? I have to admit it’s something I hate about the Skool platform. And when you’re in a lot of groups this occurs frequently.

Second I will teach you how to flip the sentence around into the land of positivity. Third, you will start jotting down some things you catch yourself saying, and how you reframed them. RESET YOUR MINDSET - the Yoda way It’s a simple process. You are making new neural pathways, or else you’ll fall right back into your old ways. This is why habits are hard to break. Your brain is going down a road it’s driven on over and over and over again. Zooming around, tunes cranked up high. Autopilot mode. Now SLAM on BRAKES. ‘A new neural pathway?’ Your brain says . And screams ‘NNNOOOO!!!!!!’ Now it has to make an effort to carve out a new road. First digging in the dirt. Smoothing it out. It’s kind of bumpy, doesn’t really like it. ‘Don’t you want to go back to driving on that nice big smooth road??’ Your brain calls out to you. You must stay strong and carry on! lol And that’s why we have a community!
