Consistency is everything. Now I am doubling down on what works. Can't wait to see where I am in 3 months. 🤯

@Sulav Subedi Thanks. It is all about the infinite games: Stay healthy Stay in business Stay in a relationship We can’t loose as long as we don’t stop playing so I make the playing even more fun.

@Bobby Brilliance I would only increase the uploads if it doesn't impact the quality. Been uploading 1 per week for 3 months to build a sustainable system that allows me to scale. Going fast is well and good but only if can remain your balance. It is a marathon not a sprint and the worst thing that can happen in a race is that you loose balance and crash. The goal of the infinite game is to keep playing.
Does YouTube feel like "too much"?
I've heard quite a few times recently that starting/staying consistent on YouTube is feeling too overwhelming... When in reality it's honestly quite simple. I'll tell you my exact process for YouTube right here 👇🏼 1️⃣ Come up with a video idea There are many methods of doing this but for example things you wish you knew are always great to talk about. 2️⃣ Steal someone's title & thumbnail formula Copy what works :) 3️⃣ Write a bullet point script following the 3 P's 4️⃣ Record the video 5️⃣ Add very simple edits 6️⃣ Upload the video & look at what to improve next time And just repeat that once a week 😆 If you want to see how each step looks like in practice alongside various templates... AND with personalized feedback on your content then check out https://www.skool.com/ben :) I just published a mini course on this going over channel creation -> ideation -> recording -> getting views that matter for your business and it's only 45 minutes long and super simple to understand so click here

@Benjamin Ewert Currently at 3 videos per week. Using AI is a game changer. I used to struggle with 1 per week and I had an editor back then. Now I am doing 3 all by myself while still taking care of delivery. Especially ChatGPT 4.5 and the update for the image creations are a game changer. Generally it is all about setting up the systems that work for you.

Thank you for doing that. Super valuable. 🙏 Here is mine. Started posting in February. Would be curious to get your feedback on solo video vs the podcast style videos. https://www.youtube.com/@HoliGamE

How much YouTube do you watch a week?
This will be interesting 🤔 Some people say that you need to watch YouTube to learn how to do YouTube, others say it's best to not watch anyone and just create to be 100% original... What do you think? 👇🏼

Mostly only YouTube videos on Skool. The algorithm knows me too well so I am afraid to loose my time there. 😂
Editing Inspiration 💡
Do you ever watch a YouTuber and think: "wow, that editing was awesome"? Not even because it was super complicated, but just because it was so clean & seemless? I recently started noting down more effects that I really liked & put them into this notion doc: https://benjaminewt.notion.site/Editing-Inspo-17963ffeb1ff80a48db0dfc66677dcf8?pvs=4 Comment some channels whose editing you really like (or better yet specific screenshots/links) 👇🏼 and I'll add them to the document :)

@Benjamin Ewert What do you think of the recent trend of having less edited videos?
