TRANSCRIPT Welcome showcase weekly wise spotlight yeah spotlight review is that what we're gonna do today what are we here what are we doing wise Skool community spotlight that's right a spotlight on the Skool community at large the culture the Skooliverse we call it yes in the Skooliverse so we're going to recap what happened on Skool news yesterday and exciting always very exciting we're going go it's one of those wednesdays share screen there it is this tab that tab tabatha there we go all right now we're sharing i'm here i'm recording right it's all good and um let's just double check because i've done that so many times where yes there's the little record button done that so many times where i did this incredible episode and it wasn't recording or there wasn't video or there wasn't audio any of those things so here we have the Skool news broadcast notes from yesterday the 25th of august 2026 you find these in the wise Skool community hub it's my other public portal offering um a little bit of community a lot more information in this one than community interaction you get that in the enjoy wise life simple wise life and the upcoming simple money Skool workshop we're going to be reopening that as soon as we've got our core that's what this introductory offer is all about with the simple six right creating that that crew group to reopen that community as a thriving community workshop space yes container so this is public you can share this link with people even if they don't have a Skool profile because you can view it in incognito here we'll go ahead and take a look you can see i'm not logged in this is the power of a public community presence here let's share this tab instead a public community presence here on Skool is uh you that viewers don't have to be logged in to the platform they they you know there's a lot of trust issues people have with new platforms and things you know i don't know what this is about so they want to come have a look and learn a little bit before they give any information they don't have to be a member of the group to read this um and this gets indexed by search engine crawlers for a greater search and ai results return and i do see a nice tick in traffic from a whole bunch of different search engines and things so Skool news broadcast notes i do it during the live broadcast which is only available to Skoolers inside the community that's for Skool owners the private club for Skool community owners it's called Skoolers right and then the replay is put on on youtube later in the day but i do these right away and i add the raw audio for people that want to hear me clicky clacky typing and sniffing and dog barking and whatever else happens during the episode but some people just want to have that right away um and so they have that and then i take screenshots during the show to share with folks um what what what they covered what it's all about so they've added this option to bid more for growth boosts so that by giving them a greater percentage they're promoting you more right you can turn this option off this is for Skool running ads to your community so you don't have to worry about the nightmare that it can be to to to figure out how to set up and then to test and to refine for effectiveness and and then to to keep it fresh so that it keeps sending quality traffic it can be a nightmare headache i've done it before and um it's not fun so they're doing it for you for a percentage of course of the profits um so this episode was all about growth boost and this new sliding slider so you can adjust how much traffic you want them to send you and then of course there's certain standards you have to achieve before it's effective so this is the slider where you can see here there's no Skool discovery it's turned off no thank you nothing i don't want anybody to see me um and then send me for 30 percent then the 40 50 60 or 70 maximum members sacrificing profit for people people over profit yay um and this doesn't apply to existing customers they're grandfathered at whatever whenever they came in so it's only for the people they send you that they take the percentage of the memberships it's highlighted there in this screenshot and there's information about how they come up with the efficiency score as far as where you fit in the growth growth boost scheme of things and it has to do with conversion rate price retention and the growth boost percentage that you set um growth boost is really working incredibly well for a lot of people um there has to be a solid starting point right if your stats aren't good enough for ads they're not going to waste their money sending ads to your sleeper community right so people are asking all over the place why why am i not seeing my community and ads what's going on so there are these there are the individual independent ads for the people they're really focusing on and people who move that slider up right and then there's the carousel ads that you saw they started with which is just a whole bunch of different Skool communities out there and it's part of this testing that's been going on all month um so growth boost stages are communities with not enough data there has to be at least a hundred visitors and one paid sign up in the last 30 days they go in the carousel which is you know the here's a serving of Skool communities right see if anything strikes your fancy then the next number two is enough data but the stats aren't good enough right so yeah we've got data on well my community for example enjoy wise life it's been there for a long time and it's got this nice solid crew of you know 30 members with a handful of active people and a little trickle of income so it's a valid community but it doesn't have stats that are good enough for running independent ads right there's not enough traffic coming to it there's not enough engaged membership increase and so that's a fine example of one that is a valid community but it's just not strong enough for the growth boost ad campaign at this time the next step is groups with good stats dedicated campaign they can get a dedicated ad campaign right with 20 plus creatives that they pull from your socials that's why you want to have your socials linked on your profile in that space for social links so they can go to them find your top performing content make ads from that for you again for you done for you well worth the percentage that they get for all of this work the Skool isn't making money yet they're losing money on this in the interest of growing this into something magnificent which it is so the fourth stage is great stats you move into a partnership status with a campaign and and spend partnering clipped social content full spend to the max they're really pushing this out there so so ways to improve drive traffic to your about page this is how you how growth boost works right you drive traffic to your about page you link your social profiles and then on your Skool profile and then you put your Skool link in your social profiles posts captions right then the traffic that you're sending to your Skool will start to generate the stats the traffic the signups the conversion the retention and then growth boost will see on the efficiency score good stats and boost them so they become better right send more traffic to that increasing the stats improving the stats so that's how growth boost works yeah there you have it we'll take a look at my notes um yeah how growth boost works you drive traffic you link your socials you put your Skool link in socials and um you you share your Skool link everywhere to send traffic to your about page then you turn on growth boost you give it time to start working this is the other big thing people expect instant overnight magical results doesn't work like that on the internet it doesn't you have to give it time 30 60 90 days to start to you know percolate to kind of collect data to to get spread its tendrils out and see if it's working right you got to give it time to start working same with your community your about page if you're constantly tweaking your about page without enough people seeing the one version you have no idea if it was effective or not right you're just spinning your wheels in your own head and confusing people that come right so you've got to give it time to start working instead of expecting miracles i know it would be nice and meanwhile keep improving your stats keep sending traffic and then of course you can increase your slider as desired over time up and down you know there might be seasons where you're really pushing and promoting so you want more people coming in for something special you're doing so you can crank that way up and then you can turn it down later so it's a wonderful new feature with that um and always be monitoring your metrics have a have a clue what's going on right you know if it's effective or not just keep growing a quality engaged community that attracts more traffic that people love to share hey come see this yeah good stuff great stuff so if you have any questions one month Skools making over 3 000 making over 5 000 making over 5 000 making over 50 000 in the first month mrr monthly recurring revenue that's the bomb folks right nice clear what it is what it's about yeah with a human face on it starts leads off with the video here oops i can't click that because it's a screenshot published researcher mary clear who that's for and what it's about right and then i had no idea which one of the aiseo is probably this first one but i have no idea because as you can see there's quite a few aiseo communities so we'll find out more about that and yes the sparkling water if you watch the replay andrew um cracks open a can of sparkling water uh during it well while sam thinks about troubleshooting that for the Skool of the weeks so other news languages turkish japanese and vietnamese were added that's 11 languages for now that's where they're going to let it rest and and you know just see that's enough for now right they've done an incredible job 11 languages and all it is is you click a button right and that's that's what turns changes everything let's go back to this one um so we can look at uh last week's broadcast notes see if it's here oh it must be on the first one click the button it's just a toggle switch for the languages you can see this is a public feed on the Skool oh the doors are closed well anyhow um this wasn't the one it's
