🎙️ The Beginning of “Radio’s Not Dead” 🎙️
Every journey has a spark — that first note, first line, first moment where passion meets purpose. For Mountain State Rapper, this is where it begins. The opening of Radio’s Not Dead isn’t just music — it’s a declaration that creativity and drive are still alive, even when the world goes quiet. 🔥 🎧 Listen with earbuds or headphones to catch every detail — every layer built from heart and hustle. Because this isn’t just about sound… It’s about passion in the pursuit. Click here to see one of son’s most recent videos and please subscribe or share to someone who would enjoy his music!

Our NPC Journey Part 1
Nerdcore Party Con (NPC) 2025 is now in the books and it was EPIC! After the event last weekend, I have decided to document our journey. For even though it is his career, the nerdcore experience is one of community. First you have the artists who are so wonderful to their fans. Then you have the fans themselves. Then you have the parents of fans who drive or fly with their kids for hours to give them the experience. That is why the podcast we are launching is called “Our NPC Journey”. It’s a journey for all involved. As we were sitting in the hotel in Dallas toward the end of the weekend my son pondered on how different our lives would look had his friend not sent him a video from Chewiecatt. That video led to us driving my son 6 hours to Raleigh so he could attend this weekend long event called “Nerdcore Party Con” and see Chewiecatt perform. I had no idea what we were getting ourselves into but he was so excited about it something in me told me to take him. So I did. Thus began a three year long journey of going to NPC. As he wondered how different our lives would be he also recognized that one small event can change the trajectory of someone’s life. He understood the importance and impact one small thing can have on our lives. A pretty big lesson to be cognizant of at 16 I would say. Now we would like you to come along on Our NPC Journey to learn more about the music, the community, and the kiddo’s evolution into the phenomenal human being he is becoming. And hopefully you will get some inspiration along the way as well to help your kids or learn about the things we have done to help my son that may be of benefit for you. We are turning his passion into prosperity.

We’re back!
Hello loves! We are back and I have figured out a way to keep content in the group during summer but not putting more pressure on myself. Tell you about that in a minute. First let me tell you that the kiddo and I just got back from Nerdcore Party Con and it was AMAZING! So many stories to tell and it made me realize something. I need to document the journey from the beginning so that is what I have started doing. I’m writing small snippets at a time so as not to be overwhelmed. I will share them here to keep content going and if you want to follow along with us you can. Much love and I can’t wait to see where our journey takes us. 💜
We’re back!
