Welcome to Day One of the Water Journey
🌊 Day 1 Check-In — Arriving Gently Hi everyone 🤍 I just wanted to pause and check in with you after our first day inside the Water Journey. Were you able to find your way into the flow of the space? Remember — there is no “doing this right.”There is only arriving. If today felt smooth, beautiful. If today felt awkward, quiet, resistant, or unclear — that is also beautiful. This practice isn’t about intensity, it's about returning. Even reading one section slowly counts.Even taking one breath before closing the page counts.Even noticing that you didn’t engage — counts. You are not behind. You are exactly where you are meant to begin. If you’d like to share, I’d love to hear: 💧 What did you notice about yourself today? 🌿 Was anything surprisingly easy? 🌙 Was anything tender or resistant? No pressure to share deeply. A word or sentence is enough. We are building this together — gently. I’m really grateful you’re here.
Welcome to Day One of the Water Journey

But... Approach with Gentle Vibes... Maybe that's what went wrong for me before...I found this very insightful.

@Snider Dawn thank you for this wisdom and guidance it is truly helpful. Water feels like a black bottomless ocean...the unknown depths...endless expanses...unknowable mysteries...no way home...no safe harbor...unless you brought the astrolabe! Quixoticly, I love the sea, the beach is my favorite place, the vast beauty beyond words, the place where the sea meets the sky, the sun and its journey below the horizon, the green spark! But being deeply aware of the impartial mercilessness of nature. It is forever, eternal, yet reminds us of our fragile mortality. I could stare into the horizon forever. I must live where I can smell salt in the air or I get homesick. I refuse to swim where I can'tsee the bottom. Born in North Miami Beach and never left in spirit. Im happiest with my toes firmly in the sand but always in awe of how the sea always finds a way to tickle my toes none the less.
