Real talk for anyone in here grinding… This wasn’t easy. Both closings got delayed. Owners were in Puerto Rico. At one point it felt like the deal might fall apart. But I stayed with it. I met my JV partner AND my cash buyer off Facebook Marketplace, kept communicating, kept pushing… and we finally made it to the closing table. 2 lots. $4,400 in assignment fees.
