I'm a website developer, and I started doing outreach for selling websites. I thought I'd sell it for like $300 at the start, but I thought, Should I do it for free at the start? Even if I know that I can make and design websites for businesses really well, I need some help from you guys. What should I do? Should I do it for free or should I do it for money?

Give me tips on how to overcome cold calling fear

So I have been doing outreach for some time now and I really haven't been successful through sending Instagram DMs. I want to start doing cold calls but I honestly do not know where to begin from. To be perfectly honest I think I'm just a little bit scared of calling strangers on the phone. So if you have any tips on how to overcome the fear of cold calling, I will highly welcome them. Thanks

I read a post about this from someone in a group, and I thought it was really good. He said he was so fed up of getting rejections when cold calling that he decided to play a game with himself: just how many 'No's' could he achieve in the next 30 calls, or whatever. He said the game element removed the anxiety and he got a client. I thought that was a good way to deal with the natural anxiety that comes with cold calling.
