@David Furka question on your PEG process. It’s taken at the worked muscle, but 3 days a week. I bought a little while back when on sale and ready to start this process today. I work out 5 days a week on a push/pull/legs schedule. What is your process for hitting the worked muscle in 3 days a week? Thanks.
