Howdy. My name is Will, and I live in Northern Kentucky. I don't have a favorite type of exercise, due to loving the ability to go from weight training, to running, and combat conditioning.
Unpopular opinion question
Trying to stir the pot a bit here.. What’s your unpopular fitness opinion? 👀 Examples: - Cardio isn’t necessary for fat loss - Squats aren’t the best leg builder - You don’t need supplements - Light weights VS heavy weights - Can’t wait to hear these—bonus points if it triggers some debate. 😎👍👍

Running/jogging isn't the best form of Cardio.

@Ryan Bourgeois I like running/jogging myself. With that being said, I also like breaking up my jogs with intervals and doing different conditioning like using battle ropes and sledgehammer movements
