After climbing the ranks in my career and getting to highest level making 6 figures, I realized I'm still poor. I'm trading my time for money and Im not getting where I need to be. Real estate is something I'm interested in. I love buildings and architecture, property details, etc. I think the market that I live in is a cash flow market and have a short drive to other major markets. So, I'm trying to learn as much as possible so I can have some freedom to spend more time with my family.
