@Dr Keith Brennan I just did that recently. I did some research on coffee ☕️ and found that mushroom coffee was better for you so I made the switch last week. Not only do I feel better but it’s motivating me to apply this is a few other areas as well to improve my overall health.
Concerns about youth, high school & college sports?
Sports can open incredible doors, but the goal is to make sure our athletes are prepared for the opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities that come with them. I’d love to get this community talking again! Parents, athletes, coaches, and mentors — what’s your biggest question or concern about where high school and college sports are heading? Let’s start the conversation. 👇

I just picked my daughter up from school and we were having the same type of conversation. She’s an academic scholar as a freshman in high school and also an athlete in Cheer and Track. She’s was worried about not being a standout athlete affecting her ability to attend college. Her peers are more concerned with NIL opportunities than they are with education programs.

@Dr Keith Brennan Thank you sir. That’s great news I can for sure pass on to her.
COMMITMENT CONVERSATION
Congratulations to every athlete who has committed to play at the next level! For parents, coaches, and former college athletes— What’s one piece of advice you would give an athlete before making their college commitment? I would say……Choose the school that would still be a great fit if you couldn’t play your sport tomorrow. Your education, network, and future career will last much longer than your athletic career.

Great conversation starter. I would say choose a school that would benefit you on and off the field 🔥.

The off season is the best time to work. It builds extraordinary athleticism because the athlete is putting in extra work when every one else is on vacation.
Water
How much plain water or coconut water do you drink daily? Simplest and cheapest change for most people to improve performance, recovery and overall health!

I didn’t realize the importance of drinking water growing up. My goal now at 46 is to drink at least a gallon a day.
