Empath survival
I finished the Empath survival course. So much information, I will definitely be going back to individual modules. Wondering if there is a way to introduce some or all of this to some of my fellow Probation Officers. We deal with alot of clients that drag us down. I thought this could help them identify potentialred flags and reset themselves.

@Stacey Tallitsch thanks I'll look into having a conversation with my supervisor to see what we want to do. Thanks !!

It is fun to see new equipment come out and see how they contribute to the experience of investigating. Creating new opportunities to support or debunk.
Warm welcome to Dave

THE FLOOR IS LAVA
FYI.... Sara is Rob and Rob is Sara. Some posts, and you can tell, are from my bestie even though it's showing under my account. This is temporary but also makes me look smarter.

Beyond The Logo
We see teams created to then quickly dismantle. Or we see teams simply become social media fodder. But if we want to become more than a moment...a movement...a mindful structure needs to happen. Social media has made it easy for anyone and everyone to become something in an instant. But as we tackle the subject of paranormal, isn't it worth more than a repeated story or emulated experience? If you are looking to start a team, or even if you already have a team, Beyond The Logo is a field guide to simple structure. Not a tell you how to do it, but inspiration to build a sturdy team that is more than 15 minutes of fame. It helps create the legacy the paranormal has been yearning for! Teams are more than their logo, what does your team stand for? -Sara

It's interesting to see how you fit in a team. Everyone has something to bring to the table. So there's always something to watch, listen, learn and hopefully, personally, contribute for growth and success.
