I have been listening to different perspectives and reading information about different foods. Some allege to be completely fasting with very little water and food intake, some only eat plants, some eat only meat, some are omnivores, and other ways of eating. I have it depends on where you ancestry derives to the foods one should consume for nutrition. The idea is that people with more melanin should be aligned with a plant-based diet while people with less melanin should include animals products. I am on the lighter side. I am not fully pale.
