@Corey Milton Trial and error honestly. I work in a specific market and just get a feel of what developers want to pay. Also, zillow gives me a ballpark. But each developer is different. Some might only spend $30k for a lot while another night spend $100k for the same lot. It depends on their project overall. They seem to want to pay under 20% of their overall project.
