- What's your starting model: Free, Freemium, or Paid? Why? - I did the $9 paid community, so that it filters only the serious people willing to transform. Then I have a Premium that $1,200 a month which is a done for you program and a VIP for $10,000 a month if they have big ad budget and they want me to do it totally. - Did the info business vs community business distinction shift anything for you? - I think I will try the paid community first and tiered up with do it for you. - Where are you on the brand spectrum — and how does that impact your positioning? - I don't have any audience, but plan to run meta ads to the community about page.

Not only I got my community started recently and got a few people to join, I got my first ****PAID**** community member payout into my piggy bank!!! 🤑💰

Hi Growers! Thank you for letting me join. I'm not sure if this was only meant for prelaunch, but I found the link in the actual planners, so I thought it was for people who had purchased the planner. Have you already started? It's so beautiful, I'm hesitating to write in it! 🫣 I'm also debating whether to wait until January? How are you all using is so far?
