Ground up construction deal
GREAT INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY!!! We are currently working on a luxury high end commercial ground up construction deal for an Independent Living Facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We have lenders and everything in place and we are looking for a credit partner for the deal to acquire the land. There is a house that can be collateralized on the property worth $800,000 to help push this forward so that you are protected. @Yenise Peralta a bit too late at this time unfortunately, but I may be able to get the land back under contract or get new land. We put the project on hold due to being past the expiration date on the PSA, but I have a few land brokers that I am dealing with that have access to entitled ready to build land. The project is in the Dallas/Fort Worth area but we are also considering San Antonio. If they can come in and close as partners, we can absolutely talk about the equity of the overall project or the ROI if it is just for the land. Please feel free to DM me.
