I am using today to setup my standing desk(been in the box for months), local AI machine(olares AI), a deticated workspace. When I thought "it is 2025 and I am behind" in this space, well now it is 2026. Tech had a good rant today on "focus on revenue generating activities", I am good there, but I need to use that mindset to apply to my actual builds in AI everyday. This is just a post to see what anyone else is doing to use this new year to get more stuff made, with AI.
