Due to my life circumstances my budget is extremely limited as of right now to spend on marketing or softwares, so I have been grinding every night after i get home from my 9am to 9pm job, and I scour the public records, and indeed I have generated around 26 highly qualified leads with very motivated sellers no mortgages involved, pure equity, i literally stay up night in night out until 2 to 3am filtering through records one by one, these sellers have no attachment to the properties anymore for various reasons. MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBERS OR MAILING ADDRESSES to actually speak with these sellers, most of them are over 55 years old, I tried calling relatives, no one answers, i tried neighbors, no luck, can someone please tell me/ us some creative ways ot get in touch with these sellers?
